To make a deposit through local bank transfer, simply follow the step by step instructions:- 
    i. head over to our Deposit page and select Bank Transfer as your payment method; 
    ii. select a bank of your choice (can be different from your bank); 
    iii. take note of the banking details displayed on the Deposit page; 
    iv. login to your bank account via internet banking or mobile banking; 
    v. perform an instant fund transfer that is above the minimum deposit amount, into the bank account that you previously took note of;
    vi. once the fund transfer is successful, take a screenshot of the receipt; 
    vii. return to our Deposit page and fill up the rest of the deposit form by entering the amount that matches your receipt and upload your receipt as a proof of transaction before clicking on the “SUBMIT” button; and
    viii. once our team has successfully verified your transaction, your deposit will be approved and the amount will instantly be credited into your BP77 Main Wallet.

A payment gateway service is as the name suggests, a service that is designed to simplify your payment process to the point that you will only have to prepare your username, password, and the 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) in order to execute a fund transfer. The 2FA can come in the form of an SMS OTP or token authorisation. 

Some of the payment gateway service providers that we work with are:- 
    i. Eeziepay; 
    ii. Help2pay; and
    iii. Fastpay. 

To make a deposit through payment gateway service, simply follow these instructions:- 
    i. head over to our Deposit page and select any one of the payment gateway service providers as your payment method; 
    ii. fill up the rest of the deposit form and click on the “SUBMIT” button; 
    iii. follow through the payment process as guided by the payment gateway service provider; and
    iv. once your payment is completed, your deposit will be approved and the amount will instantly be credited into your BP77 Main Wallet.

To maintain safety and account integrity, BP77 does not accept any deposits made from any other person that is not the owner of the BP9 account.

You can withdraw funds from your BP77 Main Wallet by requesting for withdrawals to be paid directly to your bank account via local bank transfer. 

To request for a withdrawal, head over to the Withdraw page and add your bank account details before entering the amount that is above the minimum withdrawal amount that you wish to withdraw. 

Important notes: 
    i. your withdrawal request will be rejected if your deposit amount did not get played until the turnover is reached; 
    ii. your withdrawal request will be rejected if the beneficiary name of the bank account for withdrawal is different from the one used for making a deposit; and
    iii. if any unusual activities are noticed on your BP9 account, we may, at our absolute discretion, request for additional documents to be furnished before processing your withdrawal request.

We do not and will not impose any charges towards our members for any deposits or withdrawals made to or from their accounts.

However, please be informed that some deposit payment methods may incur additional transaction fees which we will not absorb.

BP77 will only process and approve the credit amount to the depositor’s BP77 Main Wallet according to the final amount that we received.
